Unabated violence in Karachi claims two more lives

KARACHI: Two persons were killed in the on-going violence and firing incidents across the metropolis on Wednesday, Geo News reported.

According to police, a body bearing bullet wounds was found from Khameso Goth area of New Karachi while a man was killed when unknown gunmen opened fire in Ammar Yasir Society of Malir.

Both the bodies were shifted to the hospital for medico-legal formalities. The identities of the deceased could not be ascertained until last reports.

It may also be mentioned here that a blast occurred in Azizabad area late on Tuesday night.

SSP Central Amir Farooqui told that the blast took place in Block-8 area of Azizabad in a parked vehicle.

Fortunately, no casualty was reported in the blast.
