Renowned scholar Quraish Pur passes away

KARACHI: Quraish Pur, a renowned scholar, Urdu writer/novelist, columnist and media expert died of protracted illness in Karachi on Monday, Geo News reported.

Family sources confirmed that Quraish Pur died after his condition deteriorated today. He had been admitted in a private hospital.

Quraish Pur hosted the TV program Kasuti in the 1970s. He was famous for his knowledge and wisdom.
