KARACHI: At least two people allegedly activists of an outlawed outfit were apprehended in a raid conducted in Orangi Town here on Saturday, Geo News reported.
According to sources, Rangers personnel taking action on a sure-shot tip-off nailed the accused, who were hiding in a house in Orangi Town’s Gulshan-e-Zia Colony.
The arrestees are said to be involved in sectarian killings and were wanted for multiple counts of violent crimes.
The sources also said that the alleged terrorists were armed to teeth by the time the paramilitary troops pinioned them before disarming them. Other weapons were also seized in the raid.
