KARACHI: Two persons lost their lives in firing incidents that took place in different areas of Karachi on Saturday while a bomb was defused that was found outside the house of local Awami National Party (ANP) leader, Geo News reported.
According to the police, man named Umair was killed in Surjani Town area when unknown gunmen opened fire on his car. The deceased was a estate agent.
In another incident that occurred in Safari Park, Kashif Hussan was gunned down.
On the other hand, police found a bomb in Orangi Town Sector 4 area out side the residence of a local ANP leader.
The Bomb Disposal Squad defused the bomb weighing around 1 kilogram. The BDS said that the bomb was remote controlled.
