Two gunned down in Quetta

QUETTA: Unidentified armed militants Tuesday shot dead two persons in provincial capital, police said.

Armed militants riding on bike opened fire at a local bus on Sariab Road near Gahi Khan Chowk and escaped. Resultantly, two persons sitting inside the bus sustained injuries and died on way to Civil Hospital.

The victims were later identified as Lakhmir and Abdul Hadi.

The reason of killing is not known as yet. Further probe was underway.
