Karachi: Man killed in Ranger encounter

KARACHI: The Pakistan Rangers Sindh shot dead a ‘suspect’ in a shootout here on Thursday, Geo News reported.

The deceased was identified as Salman, 31. Irfan Durrani, a brother of the deceased and President Peoples Youth District South, told Geo News that the Rangers had picked up his brother from his house in Kumharwara area of the city during a raid.

He claimed that his brother was shot dead after an hour after being arrested by the paramilitary force. Durrani said that his 31 years old brother was an employee of the Matric Board Office.
