3 gang war accused killed in 3 alleged Lyari encounters

KARACHI: Three gang war accused were killed in three alleged encounters with police and Rangers and weapons recovered from them in Lyari area here, Geo News reported on Friday morning.

SP City Shiraz Nazir told Geo News that two police encounters took place at Kalri and Kalakot leaving two gang war accused killed and weapons recovered. The accused killed in Kalri encounter was identified as Rashid alias Mullah, while Malik Mushtaque was killed in Kalakot encounter.

Police officials claimed that the accused were involved in murder, kidnapping for ransom and extortion incidents.

On the other hand, one more gangster was killed in alleged police encounter at Baghdadi, Lyari, police said.
