KARACHI: Witnesses in two different cases on Wednesday identified murder suspect Ubaid 'K2', one of the men arrested from Muttahida Qaumi Movement's (MQM) headquarters Nine Zero in Karachi on March 11.
Ubaid is accused of killing police officer ASI Shahbaz in the remits of Yousuf Plaza police station in 2005, and murdering another man in Federal Industrial Area in Karachi in the year 2000.
The accused was presented today for identification parade before the judicial magistrate in Karachi Central, where a witness identified him as the culprit in the murder of the police officer.
Witnesses were previously unable to identify Ubaid when he was presented for identification at a local court in Karachi on April 4.
Another witness also identified Ubaid as the culprit in the second murder case filed against him.
