Flood victims must not be ignored, UK warned

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has urged the international community to fulfill their commitment of helping the flood victims otherwise the affectees might turn towards extremism.

He was talking to the visiting UK Home Secretary Theresa May who called on him today.

Punjab CM reiterated Pakistan's commitment to fight terrorism. He noted that sacrifices of our armed forces must not be overlooked and were the evidences of our resolve to curb this menace.

The CM informed the dignitary about the body established under his command to look after the law and order of the province.
