Leader of Bahujan Samaj Party Mayawati has criticised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that he should watch his own government rather than giving suggestions to Pakistan.
Mayawati said that no progress has been made in India during Modi’s tenure.
“Modi should hold himself accountable,” the party chief said.
Modi on Saturday threatened that India would “isolate” Pakistan “in the entire world” — the latest episode of his anti-Pakistan hate-mongering despite calls for restraint amid heightened tensions between the two countries.
Spewing hatred against the neighbouring country, Modi accused Pakistan of being “the epicenter of terrorism” and claimed it was “exporting terrorism” to the world.
Pakistan leadership in response condemned Indian allegations leveled against the country.
