Gilani admits slow pace of Card distribution

DADU: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has admitted that pace of Watan Card distribution among the flood victims is slow, Geo News reported.

Addressing the flood-hit people here Friday, Gilani asserted that affectees of flood whose houses have been destroyed, would get Rs100,000 apiece. Gilani also announced that seed and fertilizer would be distributed free of cost among the farmers of flood-hit areas.

The Prime Minister also assured that he would ask the authorities concerned to waive off utility bills of the flood victims.
