Peshawar: PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif has expressed concern over the corruption in the country, saying that there is rule of corruption in the country, Geo News reported.
Addressing the party workers here Monday, Nawaz Sharif warned PML-N will not remain silent if the situation continued without any change.
Nawaz Sharif lauded what he termed sacrifices rendered by party’s workers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, saying they had given unmatched sacrifices for restoration of democracy. “A path for a green revolution is being paved,” he asserted.
Sharif regretted that there is rule of corruption, inflation and terrorism in the country, adding that PML-N would not stay silent if this situation continued. He demanded of the government to stamp out the menace of corruption from the country.
PML-N chief further stated that government is not complying with the apex court verdicts. Had the CoD been implemented, the situation in the country would have been totally different.
