PERTH: West-Indies have been dismissed for an unimpressive first innings total of 182 against India at Perth.

Winning the toss and batting first the West Indies seemed to be in trouble against some hostile and disciplined bowling by India.

Losing early wickets, they only managed to recover through an eighth wicket 39 run partnership between Holder and Sammy and then a 51 run 9th wicket partnership between Holder and J.Taylor.

Skipper Holder was the top scorer for the W.Indies with a 64 ball 57.

Mohammad Shammi making a comeback after a knee injury prevented him from taking part in the previous match was the pick of the Indian bowlers with 3-35.

Yadav and Jadeja picked up 2 wickets each for 42 and 27 runs respectively.

India need 183 to win their 4th straight match in this World Cup campaign.
