PM announces 3-day official mourning

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Thursday announced three-day official mourning for late Shahbaz Bhatti, Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs.

The prime minister further announced that the flag will remain at half mast on Friday for a day, Prime Minister House statement said.

The prime minister said the white portion of the flag represents minorities which shows Pakistan's commitment for their rights and welfare. (APP)
