Section 144 imposed in Nowshera

PESHAWAR: The DCO Nowshera under section 144 Cr.P.C has stopped forthwith development work over the disputed Muslim Education City at Azakhel Bala until securing NOC from the District Government, Nowshera, securing approval from the Provincial Government/Irrigation Department.

This order shall remain in force for the period of one month or the settlement of the issue which ever is early. Violator of this order will be punishable u/s 188 PPC. (APP)
