Pope calls for end to bloodshed in Libya, Ivory Coast

VATICAN CITY: Pope Benedict XVI on Wednesday called for an immediate end to the fighting in Ivory Coast (IC) and Libya, saying all sides should launch peace efforts "to stop further bloodshed".
