KARACHI: The Sindh government has decided to revamp school curriculum across the province to adapt to the changing needs of today’s world.
Provincial minister for education, Syed Sardar Shah, told media on Tuesday that the curriculum would be updated to include topics spanning culture, heritage, and life skills. Children would also be educated about their rights, he added.
The minister lamented that at a time when the world is so technologically advanced, students in the province were still being taught the old curriculum up to Grade 12.
Shah added that Sindhi language would continue to be a part of the curriculum.
