SAHIWAL: Three people were killed and four others critically injured in a traffic accident Thursday night here near the city'sFato Morr, rescue authorities said, adding that they all belong to the same family.
The crash occurred due to overspeeding when a car and a bus collided, rescue sources noted.
Among the deceased were Kishwar Bibi, 43, Aqeel, 25, and Naveed, 12, whereas12-year-old Mariyam, 15-year-oldHasnain, and a married couple — 21- and 29-year-old Iqra and Kashif, respectively — were severely wounded.
They all hail from an area on the outskirts of Burewala and were returning home from a wedding in Sialkot.
The bodies, as well as the injured people, were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
