Six students killed as van collides with bus in Bhakkar

BHAKKAR: Six students and a driver were killed on Saturday when their rickshaw collided with a passenger bus collided in Punjab’s Bhakkar area.

According to rescue sources, the girls were on their way back after giving an exam when the rickshaw collided with the bus.

Five students and the driver were killed on the spot while two others were injured in the collision.

The injured students were shifted to the hospital in a critical condition.

Locals staged a protest, blocked the main road for traffic and set a bus on fire in the area.
