Faisalabad gas load-shedding new schedule rejected

FAISALABAD: Sui Gas Department has issued a new schedule of three-day gas load-shedding beginning June 15-18 for the industries, while the industrialists rejecting the new gas load-shedding schedule, have refused to kept their factories shut.

The industrialists, reacting to Sui Northern Gas’s new schedule of three-day load-shedding from June 15-18, said they have been repeatedly demanding from the government that gas load-shedding in summer was not acceptable, as textile industry was incurring huge losses due to gas load-shedding, while a large number of workers were forced facing joblessness for three days in a week.

The industrialists said that they reject the new schedule and won’t observe the three-day break by closing the factories from tomorrow as desired by the Sui Gas Department.
