Ameer Muqam condemns Batagram attack

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President of PML-Q Engr Ameer Muqam has strongly condemned suicide blast at Battagram ahead of his public meeting and regretted over the loss of precious human lives.

Talking to media men after the blast ripped through WAPDA office killing six people, PML (Q) Provincial Chief said that he was coming to address a public meeting in his native constituency but could not reach the venue on time.

He expressed sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved families saying those shedding the blood of innocent people were the enemies of our religion and humanity.

These elements were working upon the nefarious agenda to weaken our nation, he said, adding such attacks woill not undermine government's efforts to crush terrorists.

Provincial President of PML-Q also assured that the affected families will be given financial assistance.
