The United Arab Emirates (UAE) marked its 48th National Day by creating a world record for the largest flag flown in free fall.
Crown Prince of Dubai Hamdan bin Mohammed tweeted a video on Sunday which showed skydivers holding the flag during the free fall.
The prince tweeted saying: "Another proud moment as our nation’s flag sets a new World Record for the largest flag flown in free fall measuring 144.28 m²."
He posted the tweet on the occasion of the UAE national day being celebrated today.
The National Day of UAE is celebrated on December 2 every year that marks the day when emirates united together to form the United Arab Emirates in 1971.
