Man killed, brother injured in Awaran firing

QUETTA: A man was shot dead and his brother received bullet injuries in a firing incident took place in Mashkay Tehsil of Awaran district.

According to the local police, unidentified armed motorcyclists at Malshband area opened fire on Abdul Salam and Abdul Hafeez, killing former on the spot.

After the incident police reached the site and shifted the body of deceased and injured to nearby hospital. The body after the autopsy was handed over to the heirs.

The cause of armed attack could not be ascertained.
