Fai fails to appear in court, next hearing on Tuesday

WASHINGTON: Arrested leader of Kashmiri American Council Ghulam Nabi Fai did not appear before the court, next hearing would be conducted on July 26 (Tuesday), Geo News reported.

Ghulam Nabi Fai was detained few days ago on the suspicion of his links with Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI).

According to the counsel of Fai, the bail plea would be submitted before the court in the next hearing. He expressed hope that Fai’s bail plea would be accepted on one or two million dollars bond.

Sources said that FBI issued arrest warrant for 12 more people in the same case, however so far no detention took place.
