Woman killed, husband injured in road mishap

MULTAN: A woman was killed while her husband sustained serious injuries when a passenger van hit a motorcycle near Naag Shah Chowk on Wednesday.

According to police, a man identified as Naveed was going to somewhere with his wife Abida on motorcycle when a speeding passenger van collided with the motorcycle near Naag Shah Chowk.

As a result, Abida (25) died on the spot while her husband Naveed sustained serious injuries.

Muzaffarabad police reached the spot and started investigation while the driver of the van managed to escape.
