RAWALPINDI: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Khalid Shameem Wynne along with General David Hurley, Australian Chief of Defence Force, on Thursday initiated the second round of Pak-Australia 1.5 Track Security Dialogue.

According to ISPR press release, the Dialogue encompasses a whole range of issues from mutual cooperation to war on terror and host of other areas. During the current session the progress made on the benchmarks set in the last session was also reviewed.

The Australian CDF in his concluding remarks appreciated the role played by Pakistan Armed Forces in the fight against terror and expressed hope the relations between the two Armed Forces will be further enhanced.
