A deceased was identified Anar Begum age 24. Her father Muhammad Amir told police that his daughter went outside the house for throwing garbage, then the accused Ghulam Haider fired on her.
Resulting, she died on the spot. Later, the accused fled from the scene, he added.
He said that Anar was engaged with Haider's brother but she refused to marry with him.
After a post-mortuam, police have registered the case against the accused.
