PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Speaker, Kiramatullah Khan said on Sunday that the provision of sui-gas to PK-7 was underway with a cost of Rs 2 billion, to provide the gas facility to the neglected areas.
Talking to delegation of village Chagarmatti, the Speaker said that Rs 270 million is being spent on first phase for construction of Pirbala-Sufaidsung Road that will reduce distance between Peshawar and the area.
He said that developmental projects were billions of rupees in education, communication, health and electricity schemes have been initiated to address the problems of masses.
He said that special focus has been given for installation of new transformers and replacement of old transmission lines for smooth flow of electricity.
He said that most of the promises made by present government have been fulfilled. (APP)
