Nawaz to appear before memo commission today

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-N President Nawaz Sharif will appear before the memogate commission which is scheduled to meet here at Supreme Court today (Monday), Geo News reported.

The memogate commission formed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan is investigating into the issue of memo that was handed over to Mike Mullen through US businessman of Pakistan origin Mansoor Ijaz allegedly on behalf of Pakistan government.

Mansoor Ijaz had also written a letter to the Commission in which he said he was ready to visit Pakistan and requested for provision of complete security to him and the evidence he would be in possession of.
