Queen Elizabeth II, who has ruled for longer than any other Monarch in British history, is loved and respected by royal fans across the globe.
The 95-year-old is widely Known for her sense of duty and her devotion to a life of service, she has been an important figurehead for the UK and the Commonwealth during times of enormous social change.
A photographer once reportedly broke huge royal protocol with scandalous remark to the Queen, but she did not mind at all.
The Monarch reportedly sat for David Bailey - whose subjects have included Princess Diana and Lord Snowden - in 2014. Speaking to The Telegraph, Mr Bailey said he commented on the Queen's jewellery.
He revealed: "I said: 'I bet that cost a few bob, girl'." Bailey said that the word "girl" just came out adding: "I call everyone ‘girl’. But she was girlish. Made a real effort."
Bailey added that the Queen did not mind the nickname and that the pair "had a laugh".
