Recover Rinkal by March 12, orders SHC

KARACHI: Chief Justice Sindh High Court (SHC), Mushir Alam on Tuesday ordered the concerned authorities to recover Rinkal Kumari, the girl abducted from Mirpur Mathelo, by March 12 and present her before the court, Geo News reported.

The SHC Chief Justice, while hearing the case, remarked that the act of abducting someone else's daughter and forcibly keeping her as captive would not be tolerated at any cost.

The petitioner said that one Naveed Shah picked her up and then married the girl against her will.

He pleaded that the girl be recovered and sent to Darul Aman and be allowed to live her life as she wants.
