LAHORE: Pakistan Railways' train drivers have ended their strike following dialogues with Federal Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmed Bilour, Geo News reported.

The minister assured the drivers that he would raise their issue with finance ministry he himself would get their problems resolved.

It may be noted here that the All Pakistan Train Drivers' Association had announced the strike to protest against the government's refusal to accept their demands.

The association's president said no practical step have been taken to raise their pay scale, and to give insurance coverage against accidents.
