Altaf says made people aware about ISI

KARACHI: MQM leader, Altaf Hussain, Friday said that he was the first person who not only pointed up the issue but also made people aware about ISI role, Geo News reported.

He was talking to a large public gathering here at MQM headquarters Nine Zero.

During his address, he also said that a defamation campaign was launched against him in Punjab.

Commenting on the beneficiaries of ISI's political funding, MQM chief said, “ Those who have pocketed ISI money should die of shame.”

He also cited Col (Retd) Akbar’s statement, in which former ISI official claimed that Altaf Hussain never received a penny from ISI.
