QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Secretary Babar Yaqub Fateh Mohammad on Wednesday said that a concerted strategy was being evolved to revive the beauty of the provincial metropolis, once known for its cleanliness.
Talking to media persons at Police Training Center here, he said measures were being put in place to improve the road infrastructure in the city.
"After receiving complaints about the dilapidated conditions of the metropolitan's roads a plan has been finalized and within a short span of time the patch-up and construction work of roads will be completed," he said.
He expressed satisfaction over the performance of police and said despite less resources and not properly equipped, the police force was fully dedicated to ensure citizens' security.
He urged the police to be more vigilant.
