Gunmen slay one in Sariab

QUETTA: Unidentified armed men shot dead a person in Sariab area of the metropolis on Wednesday.

Police said that unknown gunmen riding bike opened fire at one Ram Chand standing in Faizabad Sariab area, killing him on the spot. The assailants managed to escape.

The police have shifted the body of the dead to hospital for autopsy.

According to preliminary investigation, cause behind the attack could not be ascertained. The victim belonged to Larkana district of Sindh province.

The police have registered a case and started investigation into the incident. Further probe was underway. (APP)
