Two passenger coaches looted in Kalat

KALAT: Two passenger coaches on way from Quetta to Karachi were robbed on the national highway, while the transporters staging protests blocked the highway on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.

Levies sources said that some armed persons looted two passenger coaches on way from Quetta to Karachi on gun point and made good their escape, while the transporters and passengers blocking the highway started protesting.

The local administration on information arriving at the scene of incident held talks with the protesters and got the highway cleared for traffic after one and a hour of blockade.
