Three drown in Swan nullah

ISLAMABAD: Three students of a local college here on Friday drowned at `Swan Nullah' as two of them lost their lives in a bid to save their friend while taking a bath, a police spokesman said.

He said that one of the student namely Kazim was taking bath in the Nullah and he started screaming because of losing his control in deep water.

His two friends Wahid and Raza jumped into nullah and tried to save him but in vain. They also drowned in deep water along with their friend Kazim.

Their bodies were later fished out from the water and handed over to the family members.
