Karachi police arrest 31 accused

KARACHI: The Karachi police in their drive against criminals, arrested 31 accused from different areas of the metropolis during the past 24 hours.

A police statement on Thursday said that those arrested included 14 absconders while four accused were caught red-handed.

It said that in two encounters with the police, an equal number of gangs of criminals were busted.

One car, two motorcycles, nine pistols and five mobile phones were recovered from the possession of those arrested.
