Quetta: Blast injures FC man, damges railway track

QUETTA: The railway track on Chaman Phatak in Quetta was damaged in a blast on Saturday night, Geo News reported.

Reportedly, the explosives were planted at the railway track to blow it up.

The blast damaged about a foot-long portion of the railway track.

The blast also injured an FC personnel deployed nearby.

The law enforcement agencies rushed to site and cordoned it off.

A railways official said the repair work would soon be started and the train service would be restored soon after.
