Afghan suicide blast kills 10

KABUL: A suicide attack in eastern Afghanistan on Monday killed at least 10 people, including three NATO troops and four Afghan police, ISAF and Afghan officials said.

Three civilians were also killed and 13 wounded in the attack on a joint NATO-Afghan foot patrol through Khost city, Najeeb Danish, an interior ministry spokesman told AFP.
