Prince Harry has allegedly grown very jealous of Meghan Markle and the career she’s working on in the US.
Relationship expert and therapist Sally Baker issued these claims and sentiments.
She broke all of it down in one of her interviews with The Mirror.
During the course of this chat, Ms Baker broke down the truth behind this rumored jealousy and said, “it’s understandable that Harry may struggle as his wife Meghan gains greater fame and influence than him.”
During this time, it is also understandable and possible for him to “feel insecure, jealous or even threatened by her success” at some point, Ms Baker added.
“However, with self-reflection and maturity, he can adapt to the changing dynamics in a healthy way.”
Later on into her chat, Ms Baker also offered some tips to the Duke and said, “Harry should avoid viewing Meghan's success as a competition and instead see them as a team supporting each other.”
Because “her increased spotlight can also bring positive attention to his own aspirations.”
Ms Barker also urged the royal to turn to therapy because “therapy can provide a space for Harry to process any difficult emotions or insecurities that arise.”
During those sessions, she believes “he may need to work through some ingrained beliefs about gender, power and self-image” since “unpacking vulnerabilities, fears and assumptions enables growth."
