Badin: Eight of a family dead as car plunges into ravine

BADIN: A bus, riding along a winding road in Badin, plunged into a water-filled ravine killing 8 of a Hindu family and leaving two injured, Geo News reported Sunday night.

Residents of Talhar, the family was on their way home from Hyderabad when it met with the horrible accident.

Police said three children and three women were among the dead.

Rescue workers shifted the dead and the injured to the nearby hospital.

A broken loose tie-rod is said to have caused the accident.
