Two policemen killed in Karachi firing

KARACHI: Two policemen were killed during a firing incident near Banaras Pul (bridge) in the Orangi Town area of the city.

The two policemen were shot and injured by the armed men following a robbery at the post office.

The robbers fled after the incident while the policemen succumbed to their injuries. The bodies of the deceased were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
