Dwayne Johnson fulfilled a heartfelt wish for 4-year-old Lily Guerrero, a devoted fan of the movie Moana.
Lily, who is currently on home hospice care, had expressed her wish through the Make-a-Wish Foundation to hear Johnson sing You're Welcome.
In an Instagram video, Johnson delighted Lily and her family by singing the song.
