Deadline for allotting electoral symbols expires today

ISLAMABAD: The deadline for allotting electoral symbols to political parties will expire today (Friday).

According to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) requests for electoral symbols has been received from 104 parties while 123 parties are still not eligible to contest elections.

Meanwhile, the process of distributing nomination papers has begun and the ECP has summoned political parties on Monday.
