Rangers sources said, the para-military force, during action in Yousuf Goth of Baldia town, discovered a torture cell and detained nine accused including gang war leader Zubair. The forces also recovered arms from their custody.
Arrested gang leader Zubair Pathan is said to be involved in target killing of 35 people.
