ECP not to include 'none of the above' box in ballot papers

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has decided to defer inclusion of 'none of the above' box in ballot papers for the upcoming general elections.

According to the ECP sources, any changes could not be made in electoral process after the announcement of election schedule.

The ECP sources said that there are various legal complications in the inclusion of 'none of the above' box in ballot papers, however, it added that the advice to include the new box would remain valid in the future.
