Despite suffering from horrific injuries during a snowplow accident, the actor is ready to become the best version of himself, Life & Style.
Spilling the beans on the matter, a source told the outlet, “He’s reprogramming his brain to deal with the pain including mindful meditation, relaxation exercises, grading exposure to pain, plus help from professionals.”
They also addressed, “He knows he’ll never be the same.”
“But he’s grateful to be here in whatever shape or form and to be able to work and be around to watch his daughter grow up,” the insider continued and noted, “He’s staying focused on his kid, career and doing good works.”
Jeremey Renner shares an 11-year-old daughter Ava with wife Sonni Pacheco. His daughter took care of him following his snowplow accident in 2023.
