Government has resolve to eliminate polio, says PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said the government has firm resolve to eliminate polio virus from country within a short span of time.

Chairing a meeting of National Task Force on Polio Eradication at PM House on Thursday, he said the country has achieved remarkable success in carrying out polio eradication campaign.

He appreciated the cooperation by chief ministers for conducting successful polio eradication campaign in their respective provinces.

The Prime Minster admired National Task Force on Polio Eradication and its chairperson for showing good performance.
