BADIN: Protest and shutter down were observed against alleged poll rigging in cities & towns of district Badin and shutter down strike, on Thursday, on the call of PML (N), PML (F) and People Muslim League.
Traders & businessmen kept their business shut on the call of concerned parties.
On the occasion, hundreds of people and supporters held sit in at DCO Chowk Badin when cities & towns of district Badin remained closed.
On the other hand, confrontation like situation also witnessed among the workers and supporters of rival parties in various cities & towns including Badin, Nindo, Pangario, Shadi Large & Seerani on forcibly shutting down the shops.
Quarrels between parties' supporters & Police also witnessed during the day.
Workers & Supporters of People Muslim League, Pakistan Muslim League (F) and Pakistan Muslim League (N) held sit in for an hour at main road leading to Karachi.
On the occasion, Taj Muhammad Mallah, Imtiaz Memon & Parwaiz Mallah led the protest rally & staged sit in causing traffic jam for several hours. (APP)
